Payment method & cancellation costs

For a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit is required.

Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 30% of the total price.
The remainder of the price must be paid 2 weeks before journey.

Cancelations:
For the cancellation rights ask the hotel for the declaration of withdrawal (by E-Mail or by fax).
Cancellation costs:

up to 60 days before departure 30% of the booked price
59 to 22 days before departure 50% of the booked price
21 to 15 days before departure 80% of the booked price
14 days to arrival 100%

Notes:

Please note that for each overnight stay, according to the new law in Greece, 4389/2016, FEK (Government Gazette) Α 94-2016, article 53, a tax on stay in favour of the public section is imposed on tourist enterprises from 1/1/2018. In Enalion Hotel you will have to pay 0,50 euros extra per overnight stay per apartment (not per person).

You will pay the extra fee upon arrival.
